Act as a mentor to your buddies throughout their 10 week program. Establish a relationship with your assigned buddies (2). Check in via email/Skype every 2-3 weeks. Take your buddy out to coffee at least once to connect in person (we will be providing Starbucks gift cards)

Analyst interest should always be encouraged by the committee, especially to new joiners and/or analysts looking to make the consultant promotion."
